Culture in the Classroom

By 14-04-2017

Stuffy? No way!
Culture in the Classroom. Online platform for cultural education, because watching is seeing.

Is culture important in education? Art, theater, opera, heritage or classical music; many children find culture just a stuffy subject and cultural education mostly happens outside school. And that’s a shame. Because culture is a perception of the world in which kids can enjoy themselves very well, that is, if they are able to see it. Therefore, the Education Council advises: learn, create, inspire. Because in primary school the foundations are laid for the cultural development of children. It helps kids to learn how to function in a complex, multiform and rapidly changing society. That’s why we now acquaint children with culture through the platform Culture in the Classroom. Teachers and other educational professionals find here a complete offer of all cultural educational programs for children in primary and secondary education.

Looking at art and culture requires knowledge and with this knowledge as a base, you can learn to see. Seeing to understand, seeing the fun of it, liking it to open your eyes and broaden your horizon. In order to lower the threshold to cultural education, Beautiful Minds has developed the online design and the accompanying visual identity, with a wink. Don’t take it too seriously, but have a look because it’s fun to see.
