DDW 2020 – What A Time To Be Alive

By 20-10-2020

During Dutch Design Week 2020, Dutch Design Daily shows a live activity on location every day, today the exhibition What A Time To Be Alive by #WATTBA in the Temporary Art Centre (TAC).

For this years exhibition, #WATTBA presents six makers that use their design as a magnifying glass to tell unheard stories. While reflecting on the world as it is, they speculate on a different tomorrow. How can design contribute towards understanding, visualizing and constructing scenarios for a better future?

With: Studiocalh, Studio Krom, Noud Sleumer, Timothy Liu, Pei-Ying Lin, Designmatter x Hypothetical Studios.

TAC is a cultural incubator and meeting place. Our mission is to give promising makers from all disciplines the opportunity to develop and show themselves. TAC offers space for cultural renewal and stage for experiment. In 80 ateliers, more than 100 designers and artists are creating a better tomorrow.
