De Creatieve Stad

By 17-01-2019

The Grafische Werkplaats (The Graphic Workshop) and the Haags Gemeentearchief  (The Hague Municipal Archives) have challenged 30 artists and designers to design a poster for the project Den Haag, De Creatieve Stad (The Hague, The Creative City).

The artists create two versions per poster. The first one is hand printed in the workshop. It can be a screen print, a lithography or a riso. You can admire the originals in the Graphic Workshop. The posters in The Gallery are enlarged ones that are printed on canvas. Both exhibitions are arranged by Guus Boudestein and Ben Faydherbe.

Participating artists:
Philip Akkerman, Melle de Boer, Studio Renate Boere, Kim David Bots, Koos Breen, Bob van Dijk, Diederik Gerlach, Viktor Hachmang, Rudo Hartman, Akiem Helmling, Saber Javanmard, Elise Kommer, Dennis Koot, Marloes Kroeze, Jeroen de Leijer, Robert Muda van Hamel, Anna Nana, Bernice Nauta, Jordy van den Nieuwendijk, Patswerk, Jip Piet, Pim Piët, Jurjen Ravenhorst, Julian Sirre, Annika Syrjämäki, Lula Valletta, Cyrill Rafael Vasilyev, Ilse Versluijs, Robin van Wijk and Zeloot.
