Driving Dutch Design – Nina van Bart
ONE WEEK ABOUT Driving Dutch Design by curators Patrick Aarts Sen (BNO) and Katja Lucas (DDF)
Driving Dutch Design is the professionalisation and networking programme of ABN AMRO, Beroepsorganisatie Nederlandse Ontwerpers (BNO) and Dutch Design Foundation (DDF) that helps talented designers get started in the world of entrepreneurship. Nina van Bart is one of them.
Nina van Bart’s design practice is dedicated to amplifying the sensory experiences of space, shape, and surface. As such, she seeks to increase the physical and emotional interactions between people and their environment, led by colour, material, structure, pattern in spatial compositions. She designs settings for film and photography as well as materials and surfaces for interior and architectural applications.
Nina works on both self-initiated and commissioned projects. She teaches at various art and design academies and is the founder of Neo Design Collective.
