The work of designer Edward van Vliet is characterized by attention to detail and a vast scope of influences that are mixed and matched to give spaces a remarkable level of expression.

Bolognese mosaic manufacturer Bisazza has launched two mosaic patterns designed by Edward van Vliet. Andromeda and Vesper are inspired by the universe. The patterns are hand-cut and represent stars, supernovas and planets. Flakes of white and yellow golden tiles subtly reflect the light, further enhancing the association with starry skies. The patterns are modular and can be infinitely repeated.

The Blue Edition of the Sushi Collection for Moroso builds on the original Sushi series, a playful range of sophisticated seating solutions for lounge areas. Whereas the original line is typified by an abundance of colours, the blue edition has a more stately presence with subtle geometric patterns on hues ranging from cerulean to royal, cobalt blue. Additionally the collection will contain red, green and grey editions.

For the Moooi brand, Edward van Vliet designed three series of wall-to-wall carpets and rugs. All Moooi carpets are manufactured with durable, high-tech materials and printed in a high resolution with state-of-the-art printing technologies.
