Light badge – Distance keeper
Design firm Saiid & Smale has turned the traditional visitors badge for trade fairs, conferences and festivals into a new product that alerts people in a friendly way to keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters between each other: this product is the Light badge – Distance keeper. The small new device projects a light laser beam on the floor in front of the user’s feet. With this badge, Saiid & Smale hope to make a valuable contribution to countering the spread of Covid-19 in semipublic spaces.
Saiid & Smale expects that fairs, conferences and festivals in particular will be interested in the Light badge. The lightweight device is easy to use. It is attached to a key cord, which can be worn around the neck.
