“A great deal of my work consists of a mix of people, animals, fashion and everything that invites one to create colorful characters. I like to work analogue, on paper, with material that often leads to imperfections and coincidences. In this way, playfulness and coincidence arise in my work process and generate colors and textures that I could not have predicted in advance.”

“I like to connect my work with music, because my way of storytelling has a lot in common with the composition and structure of music: often with repeated themes, a lot of rhythm and a balance between abstraction or poetry and narrativity. In addition, I like to experiment with ‘introducing my work into the world’ and looking for ways to make animation more than film on a screen, for example by VJ-ing.”
