Until the end of June 2016, the public exhibition space of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science in The Hague houses the sustainable design collection of Social label, right next to Central Station.

Social label initiated by designers Petra Janssen and Simone Kramer is a movement that offers vulnerable workers a platform and a stimulating job through design products. Making the best of people’s qualities and creating an appealing environment offers these vulnerable groups new opportunities.

Social label collaborates with designers such as Piet Hein Eek, Roderick Vos, Haiko Meijer, Marc Mulders, Dick  van Hoff, Borre Akkersdijk, Edwin Vollebergh, Kiki van Eijk and Edward van Vliet and with a range of sheltered workshops from across the country.
