“RAMZI is made from recycled clothes waste yarn woven in the Netherlands by our talented community of newcomer makers. The straps, clip, and tag are made from the lifejackets worn by refugees on their way to Europe – the same as in our flagship collection. Designed with minimalism in mind, RAMZI can be expanded, flipped inside out, or used as is. The exterior is characterised by its contemporary design, minimal clip detail and waxed finish. Reversing the bag reveals the intricate story of one of our makers, Ramzi. Each bag comes with a unique Makers Unite life-vest tag that can be clipped to the interior or exterior of the bag, letting you chose how you carry our story.”
