TAK Table

By 15-06-2020

Objects, furniture and products for your interior are often static and above all aesthetic. You buy them because they look beautiful and, for example, look so very nice in that corner. Furthermore, the interaction of the product with the consumer is rather passive and purely decorative. You’ll put this aside or get rid of this faster than something that is more important to you. I truly believe that if a product demands more from you than just passive consumption this bond is strengthened. Think of a second-hand cabinet that you have restored or a lamp that you have adapted to your taste. As a designer, I find it very inspiring to devise these interactions and design playful products.

Like the TAK table, for example. This table doesn’t have legs yet. You will have to have to find them yourself! Literally everything that fits in the elastics is suitable. Branches (of course), wooden sticks, steel pipes, cardboard tubes, you just name it. In this way, you choose yourself what fits best in your interior. TAK is made of strong and durable polyester fiberglass and comes in different hip colors.
