WOTH, Week Only Treasure Hunt
WOTH (Week Only Treasure Hunt) is a department store of taste in design, food and art, selected by Mary Hessing, editor in chief of Eigen Huis & Interieur magazine and is situated in The Hague. WOTH originated as a series of small books (120 pag. 13 x 17 cm) dedicated to explore the mindsets of creative thinkers; designers, photographers, architects, art directors and the such. Until now 3 books have been released in the series Ways of Thinking (by Lauwen Books).
The thirth edition of WOTH is held with Designkwartier The Hague. Hessing and her partner Toon Lauwen opened up their home, a refurbished 19th century milk factory in the centre of The Hague, and transformed it into a true concept-store. With Danish and Dutch design of Kvadrat, Susan Bijl, Vifa, Piet Hein Eek, Morentz, Gijs Frieling, Studio Job, NLXL, Eames Century Modern, Leff Amsterdam, Aart van Asseldonk, Bertjan Pot, Canoof, Wandschappen, Paula Arntzen, Lex Pott and many more…
