AetA: The ‘Genootschap Architectura et Amicitia’ (AetA) is an association of architects and individuals from related fields. Since 1855, AetA has organized domestic and international tours, lectures, exhibitions and publishes its own publications. In 2021, Dana Dijkgraaf created a very special book on the occasion of their 165th anniversary. The book won a European Design Award (Silver) in 2022, two International Design Awards in 2023 (Gold and Silver) and was nominated for an ADCN Award 2022.
How Dare You: The exhibition ‘How Dare You Make Me Feel This Way’ focuses on trans and queer joy. It is not a reproach, but an expression of gratitude. How dare you make me feel this way? So fine and full of wonder, but also so searching and confused? Dana Dijkgraaf created the graphic design for this exhibition. The exhibition design was created by Studio Met Met. Together they developed the three-dimensional title of the exhibition, which formed the statement piece of the exhibition design. The design won a European Design Award (Gold) in 2023 and an ADCN award (2023).
In4nite: Low & Bonar is the producer of the non woven textile type Colback. In4nite is Low & Bonar’s platform through which they invited applied designers to develop products and concepts with the material. These were presented in two editions during Dutch Design Week. For the second edition, Dana Dijkgraaf developed the graphic design, including a life-size 3D signing of textile tubes.
