Graphic designer Casper Herselman (ATTAK) celebrates twenty years of radical graphic freedom with the coffee table book ‘Apocalypse Dreamland’, a 256-page ode to idiosyncratic visual culture that found its way from ‘s-Hertogenbosch to Osaka and Los Angeles.
‘Apocalypse Dreamland’ presents a selection of collages, illustrations, posters, and screen prints, supplemented with photographs and background information. The book offers a rare glimpse into the creation of Casper Herselman’s work and constitutes a unique artistic statement full of highlights from his idiosyncratic oeuvre.

“’Apocalypse Dreamland’ is an investigation into the foundations of my work. It explores the principles and starting points, with the common thread being how I relate to and respond to a world that is constantly changing within my work,” says Herselman.

Work for international brands and artists
For years, Herselman has been attracting artists, brands, and publishers from around the world. His portfolio reads like an extraordinary journey through twenty years of alternative culture. He has designed artwork for drummer Travis Barker (Blink 182), surf brand Hurley, Zero skateboards, and Japanese brand A-Seven Snowboards. Valley Eyewear, American guitar virtuoso Billy Strings, and the band John Coffey also chose Herselman’s work.
