“For the Architectural Association Architectura et Amicitia (AetA), I designed a distinct book. When you open the book, you are surprised by a combination of different colors and shapes. The book reflects on the last 15 years, in which the trends in the economy are an important thread. Inspired by peaks and troughs in that economy, I came up with the idea of literally translating this into the book. Not only does it give a special and playful form, it also supports the content and always forms special compositions.”
“Just as an architect designs a building and architectural lines emerge in a landscape, this formation bar shows ever-changing compositions in the interior. In addition to the content fitting the course of the story, it also fits the society where the experience of architecture plays a major role. When you leaf through the book, it is a changing play of forms of depth, geometric planes and changing colors.”
