ONE WEEK ABOUT Driving Dutch Design by curators Patrick Aarts Sen (BNO) and Katja Lucas (DDF)Driving Dutch Design is the professionalisation and networking programme of Beroepsorganisatie Nederlandse Ontwerpers (BNO), Dutch Design Foundation (DDF) and Stichting Stokroos that helps talented designers get started in the world of entrepreneurship. Over the next few days, we show the Drivers of 2023, Adinde Ringel is one of them.

Walleaf is a Utrecht-based design studio founded by Adinde Ringel and Elisa Calamita. We want to provide people with knowledge, tools and inspiration to grow greener fingers and create a greener living environment.

With the launch of our first product, Muurbloempjes (Wall Flowers), we offer an innovative solution that makes plant cuttings stylish and easy. By allowing people to grow and care for plants, we want to actively involve people in nature. In this way, we contribute to creating a world with a greater awareness of nature and in which people and nature are brought closer together. We believe that everything you give attention to grows and that also applies to our relationship with nature.

With our participation in Driving Dutch Design, we have grown as designers and entrepreneurs through the experts and fellow Drivers. An experience that has broadened our horizons, sharpened our vision and taken our company one step further.
