“My creativity has expanded over the years, working on many different short and long projects, such as knitwear, sock design, stationary, textile prints and magazine layout. My ideas and vision bind all these different things together. Crossing borders within design is very mind-broadening for me.”
“Some years ago I became aware of the loss of techniques in industry – working on the computer as a canvas and not using it as a tool, not realizing how inspiring handwork can be. I decided to learn more skills, such as screen-printing, bookbinding, hand printing and embroidery. I got hooked and could not let go of the needle and yarn. For me it became a new way of expressing myself – to use old techniques and modern ideas in one.”
