Presentation bowl Bocuse d’Or in Zilvermuseum

Dubbelop

Product | Food | Material

The duo Pauline Barendse and Jan Matthesius from Dubbelop has made a very special presentation bowl for the Bocuse d’Or Netherlands. The Bocuse d’Or is a prestigious international cooking competition and a world stage for top-class chefs. Team NL served the dishes in the unique, handmade bowl, which is inlaid with high-gloss stainless steel elements to present the various parts. The dark, matt black structure of a very special kind of laminate focuses the attention entirely on the colorful gastronomic delights, which were prepared with great care by Chef Lars Drost and commis Mike Klaassen.

Now on display in the Nederlands Zilvermuseum Schoonhoven (Dutch Silver Museum Schoonhoven) up to and including February 3, 2019.
