The renewed website collectiegroningen.nl has been live since 21 November: a platform where anyone can digitally explore the collections of dozens of museums in Groningen. But what if you could also experience that digital journey in real life?
You can, temporarily, in the exhibition Collectie Groningen: Offline in the former Niemeyer factory. Objects from museums throughout the province of Groningen come together in one physical space in the factory hall. Each object tells a unique and surprising story about who the people of Groningen are, where they come from and how we view Groningen.
