Joost Overbeek

Joost Overbeek (1966) graduated from the Hogeschool voor de Kunsten, Arnhem, in 1992. Graduated with self-published magazine ‘Lolmaken, trade magazine for fun’. This became the basis for later work. First many Boomerang cards, visual columns for newspapers and magazines. When the studio (Overburen Amsterdam) got bigger, a lot of culture; festivals, theatre, film and TV.

Now, because 6 years ago Amsterdam became more difficult due to illness, ‘álleburen (Arnhem), a design agency and development place where, by giving you a push, you can participate in the work process again. Fantastic agency! 34 employees now, with very diverse backgrounds working for great clients.
