Katja Lucas 

Katja studied at the Design Academy Eindhoven and during her studies developed a passion for good design and collaboration. After working as a designer at several strategic design and innovation agencies, she then spent fifteen years responsible for scouting designers and the content quality of Dutch Design Week and worked on the professionalization and networking program Driving Dutch Design, which helps designers become entrepreneurs.

Now she works as a facilitator and coach for customized programs for universities and HBOs and learning programs for schools (BO and VO). Katja is passionate about empowering women in the design field. With meaningful projects she increases their visibility, influence and impact, and promotes awareness and knowledge sharing.
