Niek schoenmakers

Niek Schoenmakers is a curator and architect and works internationally as an interior consultant and design expert. His love for form and design was formed while studying at TU Delft and reinforced by international experiences at Sotheby’s and Gagosian Gallery. In 2021, he started The Millen House in the Houthavens. In changing exhibitions, the gallery and project space focuses on bringing together 20th-century and contemporary art, design and architecture. Schoenmakers distinguishes himself by making connections between sculptural and architectural qualities of the works, underpinned by a good concept and the story behind each object.
