Plissade is a sculptural all-textile room divider. Its vibrant colours create optical illusions reminiscent of gem facets. The product prioritizes circularity, and stands without additional support thanks to the use of an innovative pleating method and binder and adhesive-free stiffening techniques.
The pleats of Plissade are a three-dimensional canvas. The colors applied intereact with each other as you move around the piece. For the second limited edition Luis Marie took a palette of red shades and crafted combinations that express its radient warmth, depth and uplifting qualities.
Plissade – Bespoke for COR
Three newly developed sizes, including the largest to date and exclusive print designs of Plissade made bespoke for COR Sitzmöbel. Taking inspiration from their heritage as an icon of modern sophistication, the colors are vibrant, balancing expressiveness and restraint matching with COR’s latest collection of furniture.
Plissade Series I
Plissade Series I expands the Plissade family with a more versatile and modular design, tailored to meet the needs of the contract furniture market. The model is crafted entirely from recycled textiles. In the coming month, Luis Marie focuses on developing the Plissade Series I. In collaboration with their partners in Spain, we’ll begin testing pilot runs of the product as we work towards its official launch in autumn 2025.
