Design to Market – Talent Program. Over the coming weeks, Dutch Design Daily will be introducing the participants of 2025, today Teresa Carvalheira.

Teresa Carvalheira focuses her mobile design studio on the intersection of anthropology, ecology, and design. She explores the social aspects of textiles and food, combining traditional craft techniques with critical design research. For example, her project Heirlooming focuses on upcycling heritage textiles, thereby restoring the value of history and craftsmanship.

Through Design to Market, Teresa hopes to structure her practice and expand her network by offering workshops and design services. She aims to combine her expertise in sustainability and community building with market insights to build a sustainable, mobile creative practice that makes both a social and economic impact.

Design to Market
