The Best Dutch Book Designs

Each year, The Best Dutch Book Designs Foundation celebrates the best that the graphic arts industry produces: 33 books made with heart and soul. Books that stand out strongly in the combination of very good design, commissioning and high-quality lithography, printing and binding. Judging takes place each year at the end of January. Since 2016, in addition to the professional jury, there is a student jury with five young designers in training. The Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam exhibits both selections each fall. The catalog (NL/ENG) is published simultaneously. Afterwards, The Best Dutch Book Designs are displayed at various locations at home and abroad.
