PANNE
With Panne, we embrace imperfection. This side table is a reference to car breakdowns. The table is supported solely by the use of a car jack. Even the handle of the jack is incorporated into the design. The table is entirely made of steel, and we have deliberately left the rough weld seams visible. It’s precisely the imperfection and rawness that give this design a unique character. The idea originated during the Milan Design Week 2023, where we were inspired to create a counter-reaction to the ‘quest for perfection’ that we observed around us.
