Driving Dutch Design is the professionalisation and networking programme of Beroepsorganisatie Nederlandse Ontwerpers (BNO), Dutch Design Foundation (DDF) and Stichting Stokroos that helps talented designers get started in the world of entrepreneurship. Over the next few days, we show the Drivers of 2023, Roy van de Meulengraaf is one of them.
Hi, I’m Roy. I design brands and visual communications for ambitious organizations in MKB+. I do this under the name Culten. I believe in the idea that brands flourish by providing a healthy soil for them to grow on. Strategy ensures that a brand is deeply rooted so that it can withstand a world of change and innovation. But also that your brand puts you on the right playing field, speaks the right language and is valuable to those around you.
The bridge between strategy and propagating a brand in communications can be a challenge. How do you secure frameworks and quality without sacrificing cost and efficiency? With this in mind, I offer the possibility of unlimited monthly support in visual communication. As an entrepreneur, it is important to regularly reflect, improve and innovate. From the Driving Dutch Design program, I gained a lot of insight from the master classes and speakers in various topics. But above all; the group of participants alone is a wealth of creative knowledge with whom you can spar and share experiences. All in all, an extremely valuable program.
